Leadership Development & Industry Involvement
We are committed to supporting professional development across the company. We provide team members with the training, tools and opportunities to lead, and we encourage active involvement in industry and academic organizations. Peco team members participate in and hold leadership roles across a range of associations, universities and advisory groups.

Supervisor Training Program
As part of our leadership investment, Peco developed a three-level supervisor training program to support team success. Hundreds of leaders across the company have completed the training. The program helps supervisors build confidence in key areas: engaging team members, improving communication and managing difficult conversations.
Management Training Program
Our six-month Management Training Program prepares early-career professionals for leadership roles through immersive, hands-on experience across key areas of the business.

John Herman Hickman Foundation
The John Herman Hickman Foundation, named after our founder, was established in 2011 to support Peco team members, their children and the communities where they live. The Foundation provides disaster relief in and around our operating regions and scholarships for the children of Peco team members and contract producers.
