Peco Spotlight: Ranesha Townsend

I moved back to Mississippi in search of a better job. I had manufacturing experience in another industry but was looking for an opportunity closer to home. Peco hired me as a team lead at the West Point Further Processing facility, giving me a chance to show what I could do.

Just several months into the job, I was offered the supervisor role and quickly saw the growth potential at Peco. I believe the more you know, the more you grow and still see lots of room for continued learning in my career.

I spend most of my day on the floor, training new team members and making sure everything is in place to have a good, safe production day. Although it can be challenging, I enjoy working with team members to ensure we produce a safe, quality product for our customers.
