Peco Spotlight: Mona Elliott and Michael Graham
Mona Elliott, Process Safety Management Coordinator
I was born and raised in West Point, Mississippi, so when Peco opened its further processing plant here, it was a natural fit for me. As Process Safety Management Coordinator, I’m in charge of staying on top of equipment inspections and other compliance processes to ensure everyone has a safe day. Peco takes safety very seriously, and I enjoy working for a company that cares so much about its people and communities.
“I’d heard Peco was a great place to work, but once I started, I could really see just how much they care about each team member.” – Mona Elliott, Process Safety Management Coordinator
Michael Graham, Refrigeration Superintendent
I found Peco at a job fair right before graduating from Bevill State and was hired as a Refrigerator Operator at the Tuscaloosa plant. Now I work as the Refrigeration Superintendent at Peco’s West Point location, managing the systems day-to-day to ensure they are running efficiently to meet production demands. I’ve stayed at Peco because it continues to be a great place to work. The culture and training are great, but more importantly, the people are wonderful.
