  • Daily Customer Order Entries
  • Preparing various industry related reports
  • Corresponding with company plants to resolve issues with customer orders
  • Prepare customer PowerPoint presentations
  • Assist with top management meeting updates
  • Schedules internal & external daily meetings
  • Update charts and graphs for various reports
  • Scheduling customer visits
  • Data Entry in Excel and various company programs
  • Record Keeping
  • Calendar Management
  • Responsible for replenishing inventory of sales floor office supplies

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong Excel Skills
    • Understanding of Pivot Tables, creating spreadsheets, general formulas, functions, creating graphs and tables, transferring data, etc.
  • Proficient PowerPoint Skills
    • Ability to create and design PowerPoint Presentations
