Peco Foods, Inc. is seeking a Poultry Plant Shipping Supervisor at our at our location in Tuscaloosa, AL.

Summary Description:

Lead department to load, bill, and send off trucks to customers as efficiently and safely as possible
Complete Safety, Production, and Quality reports daily
Monitor attendance and behavior of employees and take action as needed in accordance with company policy

Skills / Experience

Previous experience in managing product shipping

Required:

Proficient in Excel and MS Word
Able to read and write English
College degree or relative experience
Able to work weekends and holidays occasionally, Saturdays often
Demonstrated value in training and personal growth

Preferred:

Ability to read and write Spanish
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture
Previous experience in agriculture industry
Leadership skills demonstrated in experience
