Peco has openings for Debone Supervisors for our processing plant in Batesville, AR. We are looking for a driven, goal-oriented leader who is ready for the challenge of a processing plant.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years experience in supervising people
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours and occasional weekends
• Must be able to multi task and prioritize task
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years experience in supervising people
• Previous debone experience in the poultry processing industry
• Bi-lingual speaking skills (English and Spanish)
• College degree preferred
• Experience in fast paced environment
