Who We Are:

Peco Foods, an industry-leading poultry supplier, is recognized for our dedication to customer satisfaction, competitive cost, and total quality management.

Peco’s Story:

We started as a small hatchery and feed mill in 1937, and we’ve been family owned for four generations. Our commitment to quality, safety, and animal welfare have allowed us to grow to the 8th largest poultry producer in the United States.  Our family values permeate every level of our organization, such as helping employees in need of housing, and donating hundreds of Christmas gifts each year to foster children in the communities we serve.

Peco’s People Promise:

High-performing, engaged people will always be at the core of our success. Peco is committed to providing a positive experience for each team member.

That’s why we make sure each of our team members is placed in positions where they can excel, and we make employee feedback sessions a regular part of our culture.

Peco’s Animal Welfare Promise:

Peco’s one-of-a-kind FlockFocus® program is committed to providing the best care to keep our animals healthy and comfortable from Day One. We raise chickens to provide a safe, nutritious, and quality product to families around the world and pledge to promote and protect the health and welfare of our chickens.

We put this promise into words every day, like training 200 of our employees to specifically monitor animal welfare. Or flying in 84,000 pounds of feed by helicopter when 150,000 of our chickens were flood-bound and didn’t have any other access to food.
